Summary
mingleclubnmz.com is a static information site. It has no accounts, no payments, no forms that submit data, no analytics and no advertising trackers. This notice describes what that means in practice and where some technical data may still arise.
What the site does not do
The site does not ask you to register or sign in. It does not take payments or orders. It does not run analytics or advertising trackers, build visitor profiles or show personalised content. It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage; the cookies page gives the detail.
The message draft tool
The tool on the contact page works only in your browser’s memory. The text you type is placed in a read-only box on the same page. Nothing is sent to the site or to any third party, and nothing is saved unless you choose to copy the text or download it as a file, in which case it is held wherever you put it. Resetting or reloading the page clears it.
The tool does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, payment details or health information, and you should not type any of these into the message field.
Hosting and access logs
Like most websites, this one is delivered by a hosting service. Hosting services commonly keep technical access logs, which can include an IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and browser and device information. These logs are used for security and for running the service, and they can count as personal data under data protection law. The site adds no tracking of its own on top of them. How long the hosting service keeps its logs is a matter for that service.
External links
If a page links to another website, that site is run independently. It has its own privacy practices and may set its own cookies, and this notice does not cover it. Check the notice of any site you visit.
Your rights
Under data protection law such as the EU and UK versions of the General Data Protection Regulation, individuals generally have rights to be informed about the use of their data, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use and, in some cases, to receive it in a portable form. Which rights apply depends on the circumstances. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner’s Office; elsewhere it is the authority of your country or region.
Who is responsible
For this site, the controller is the site’s administrator, who can be reached through the contact page. Because the site itself collects no data from visitors, requests that concern access logs may need to be directed to the hosting service that holds them.
Changes to this notice
If a feature that handles data is ever added, this notice will be updated before it is introduced.
