Prepare a note about this site

This tool prepares text on your own device and nothing is sent.

What a useful note contains

A note is easier to act on when it names the page, quotes the sentence or link in question and says what you expected instead. If you found a better source for a statement, add its web address in the optional field. Corrections, gaps in coverage, broken links and accessibility problems are all suitable subjects.

What to leave out

Do not type your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, payment details or health information. The tool never asks for them and the note does not need them. The privacy notice explains how the tool works in the browser’s memory only.

1 Choose a subject Topic Page

2 Describe the issue Source URL (optional)

Must start with http:// or https://.

Message (required)

0 of 1000 characters used.

3 Review the draft Draft text (read only)

The draft stays in this browser tab until you copy or download it, and reloading the page clears it. Because nothing is submitted, the text becomes a message only if you choose to take it somewhere yourself. See the terms for acceptable use of the tool.
